With changes to the Companies Act that came in to effect on 1st October 2009, Directors of limited company's can now elect to use a service address to appear on the corporate files held at Companies House as opposed to their residential address. If you subscribe to our Registered Office address service you will be able to use our service address facilities for FREE, therefore protecting your personal address details from being a matter of public record. This offer is available to all Directors appointed to your company.
Please note that you will still have to provide us with your residential address, but that information will only be released by Companies House if they are required to do so by order of a Government body such as the Police or HM Revenue offices. |
